ABOUT MORGAN

Off stage, she’s R&B singer/songwriter Morgan Taylor. On stage, she’s BIG MO.

Over the past several years, the multi-talented 21-year-old artist has unleashed her live performance magic everywhere from the Blue Strawberry and STL Fest in her hometown of St. Louis to Katy Perry and Janet Jackson ensemble shows on one of the biggest stages at Berklee College of Music, where she’s currently studying under a dual major of Pro Music and Performance and on course to graduate in 2025.

Artfully balancing her studies and school rehearsal and live performance schedule with her burgeoning career as a recording artist, Morgan has dropped a total of six singles, starting with “Lullabye” in 2020. Morgan has been working consistently with a variety of top producers in Atlanta, including Grammy winner Jeremiah Adkins (TheMixGuru), Gavin, Amauri, Grammy winning songwriter Carla Carter, IV and Bflat.

Morgan jokes that she came out of the womb singing. With vocal lessons starting at age nine, she quickly started going “on tour,” singing for congregations around St. Louis.

While a career as a gospel singer was certainly always a possibility, Morgan’s passion for R&B took over as she grew older. “I will always love gospel and always love and give thanks to God, using music as a way to express that, but R&B has always been my favorite genre,” says Morgan.
